Micah Moo--How old are YOU?

My beautiful oldest daughter turned 5 on the 29th. I can't believe how time has flown. I never imagined she would be so beautiful, so kind, so mothering. I am having a hard time realizing she is growing up, but I do enjoy watching the Wonderful young lady she is becoming.
She enjoyed getting breakfast in bed on her special day.
She loved getting a new bike on her special day.
She LOVED opening presents from us, and her grandparents on her birthday.
She especially loved the CASHEWS gramma Farr sent
She giggled with delight to have her dad with her the whole time at preschool. And what kid doesn't enjoy getting to be the special kid at school on their b-day? John had to work that night, so we took pizza to the hospital cafateria, and got to have some yummy ice cream. The kids always LOVE going to John's work. I'd like to say it is because they love seeing their dad, which they do, but the special treats they get there, makes it extra fun.
So Micah had a birthday party on Saturday. Was it cRAzY! YEAH! But I think she had fun. I thought I could pull off the Barbie Cake Dress cake...should have done a little more research. (Could have used a Steph Ward right about then) I think it turned out okay with Barbie sitting in her big poofy dress. Micah liked it anyway, and that is all that really matters. She could not blow out the candles for the life of her. They weren't even trick candles.
So this was the mass of kids we had come to the party. I was so crazy to try and do tie dye shirts with this many kids. Thus there are 0 pics of the tie dying.
I think all of the kids had a pretty good time, although Zoe doesn't look like it(sorry about her shirt). Micah got a lot of fun presents, especially a very cute tutu(thanks Becca!). She is already counting down the days to her next birthday.

Did you just shove a barbie in a cake?!?! If so, I love it! Totally something I would do, and that my friend Kearsley did do.
Glad she had a great day, and that you're still ok afterwards. Us parents can get carried away sometimes and then wonder what were we thinking?!?!
