My parents will finally make it home from their mission today. They have been visiting all of my brothers and their families in the before mentioned states, they will end now in Utah with my brother Brian. SO EXCITING!
I wish I could be there, but I get to wait 20 more days till I can get them all to myself, I guess I will share with my kids!
Anyway Welcome home Mom and Dad, you are definitely returning with HONOR!

Mine and Micah's conversation yesterday:
Me: Micah, I like you.
Micah: I like you too, mom.
Me: I like you a lot Micah!
Micah: I don't like you a lot mom! Because I like Daddy more than you, so I like him A LOT!

This is a tradition, but usually the hearts are all over John's car. This year sadly, I don't even know where the hospital is he is working at. So the kids and I opted for this. They had fun and Dad loved it as well.

I woke up this morning to these beautiful Roses waiting for me on our kitchen table. Just last night I said, Valentines is just going to pass us by this year... SURPRISE!
When John came home I was having a presidency meeting at my house and John had to park on the street. I thought he took along time to go move the car, but nowhere in my mind did I think about him doing this. I should've! He is wonderful like that! And his words always touch just the right places in my heart (I know it is an organ, but you know what I mean.) I love how this note happens to conveiently be on a drug notepad. CLASSIC!
Micah's Preschool has a Daddy day on Valentines. I mentioned it to John, but he says I never told him it was special for Dads. Why make him feel any worse that he couldn't make it, right? I made arrangements for Deeken to stay with a friend, and made it a few minutes late and Micah was waiting at the door for me! Luckily there were two other moms there, but ten minutes later I looked over and saw the door open... SURPRISE! I immediately started to tear up, and then I saw the rose. He had one single beautiful rose for Micah! the teacher was surprised I was crying. Oh, is this a surprise for you too?I love John George Farr so much! God truly gave me the better part when he gave me John. I don't deserve him. He is an incredible man who does a ton more than his share. That is why it is extremely hard for me when he is gone many, many hours. My kids adore him and run to meet him at the door. John is very goods at taking them outdoors no matter the weather. They LOVE that!
I LOVE him because he LOVES me despite my many faults and insecurities. He also thinks I am beautiful(I know it's hard for me to believe too), not only that he thinks I am more beautiful and sexy with every child and year of age I add! What a GOOD man! A plus, don't you think, since when we are fifty, and I look it, people will still think he is twenty-five! I love you honey, Thank you for being my John Boy!
