I don't remember ever having Blackberries until we moved here. But in Orgeon they grow rampently wild.
One in each hand in never enough.
She was sticking close to dad, because those thorns really hurt!
Sometimes Dad had to give the kids a lift to get the blackberries. Those thorns can be vicious.
I don't know why she always puts the fruit right by her eyes when I want to take a picture, but she always does.
Good buds, but yes I did make them hug!
After the bucket is full dad finally lets the kids eat a few.
My Kids love Picking Blackberries, But they love eating them evem more.
Especially Micah, John and I decided that you can't really get the whole Micah/Blackberry experiance without a video camera.
Noah was lucky to get two out of Six.
This was the next day, in a different place, but both places are within three blocks of our house.
Good find little lady.
I am so glad I got this picture. It is almost the perfect picture to discribe her love for blackberries.
This doesn't quite show how much blueberries he got on his. He didn't like it, so he took it out, thus...
Some purple hands.
what a good looking guy!
Daddy giving the little guy some raspberries.
They don't always make it in her mouth the way they should.
I just liked how dirty he was after picking, eating, and spitting out the blueberries. There was definitely a bath later.
I do wonder whether this will be our last blackberry season in Oregon. I guess time will tell. Either way I am glad I got these pictures.

OH How I would love some fresh picked blackberries...This is making me super homesick, well I have already been really homesick lately. But your blackberry pickin didnt help that out.
i want some blackberries too! I'm not sure how many they have in Utah. :-) and Noah is looking so old!!! they're all sooo cute!
Guess we don't have anything in Utah to compare to Blackberries. It is probably a good thing though because I sure would hate having to get all those stains out of their clothes and off their faces. See I told you there would be some good things when you got to Oregon.
